Open the email or message that has the scoresheet link. Tap the scoresheet. If it opens in a browser, use the share button or download button to save it.

2. How do I save or download the scoresheet?

Open the scoresheet. Tap the share button. Choose Save Image, Save to Photos, or Download. The wording depends on your phone.

3. Where does the downloaded scoresheet go?

On an iPhone, check Photos or Files. On an Android phone, check Photos, Gallery, Files, or Downloads.

4. How do I upload my completed scoresheet?

Go to Scoresheet Upload. Fill in the form. Tap the upload button. Pick the scoresheet picture or file. Tap Submit.

5. What should I upload?

Upload one clear picture or file of the completed scoresheet. Make sure the whole sheet can be seen.

6. How do I take a good scoresheet picture?

Place the sheet flat. Use good light. Hold the phone straight above the sheet. Make sure all corners are in the picture.

Open the website in Google Chrome. Go back to Scoresheet Upload and try again.

9. What if the picture will not load?

Close the page, open Google Chrome, sign in with the correct email, and open the Sur De 44 website again.

10. What if I am using Safari, Firefox, Edge, Yahoo, or Outlook?

Yahoo and Outlook are email apps, not the website browser. Open the league link in Google Chrome if pictures or uploads do not work.

11. How do I open the site in Chrome on my phone?

Copy the league website link. Open Chrome. Tap the address bar. Paste the link. Tap Go.

12. What if my phone asks for photo permission?

Tap Allow Photos or Allow Access. The form needs permission so you can choose the scoresheet picture.

13. What if I picked the wrong file?

Remove it if the form allows you to, or refresh the page and start the upload again.

14. How do I know the upload went through?

After you tap Submit, wait for the confirmation message. Do not close the page until you see it.

15. What if I do not see a confirmation?

Wait a few seconds. If nothing changes, check your internet connection and submit again.

16. What names should I enter on the upload form?

Enter the player names exactly as they appear on the scoresheet whenever possible.

17. What date should I enter?

Enter the scheduled match date.

18. What if I need to play a makeup match?

Use the Makeup Match button on the Scoresheet Upload page. Enter Player 1, Player 2, the original scheduled date, and the expected makeup completion date.

19. What if I already played the makeup match?

Still submit the regular scoresheet after the match is completed.

20. Who do I contact if I am stuck?
