Sur De 44 Billiard League Players Responsibilities

The Sur De 44 league has grown from 12 players to 42+. From one Rec  Center to 4. However the guy running it still does it all by himself. As a result of this “success”  I no longer have the time to render “personal service” to players who, for whatever  reason, are not able to “Do their part”.  I have listed below what are the players responsibilities.  By joining this league, you have agreed  to follow these guidelines, and understand the consequences if they are not followed.  

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ARE, OR HOW THINGS WORK, DO NOT WAIT  UNTIL SOMETHING HAPPENS, BUT CONTACT ME FOR CLARIFICATION BEFORE THE SESSION STARTS.

As a player in the Sur De 44 League, you are asked to:

Read all the material on this website prior to the start of the session, understand the process, and know how to fill out scoresheets, etc.

      How to send in your weekly scoresheet:

You must upload a copy (picture) of your properly completed scoresheet ON OR BFORE the Wednesday it was scheduled to be played to the Sur De 44 Website.

You must also CC your opponent so they also have a copy of the scoresheet.

If you must do a makeup  match, you must upload the notification ON or BEFORE the date match was scheduled to be played to the website that it will be delayed, and the expected date of completion.*

Makeup matches must be completed before the Wednesday following the date they were scheduled to be played.*

You are responsible for contacting your opponent if you need to schedule a makeup match, time, place, etc.

When you successfully upload your scoresheet, you will get a confirmation of receipt on the website.

You have 15 min after a matches start time to show up for the match, otherwise you may forfeit the match. 

* AN ACTUAL EMERGENCY IS THE ONLY ACCEPTABLE EXCUSE.
